This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Gurugram. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and retention strategies. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling performance management processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires exceptional people management and organizational skills to support the schools mission and foster a collaborative environment.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
