Accounts Executive For Lonavala Location

Job Summary
Della Adventure & Resorts is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor reconciliation, and end-to-end accounting processes. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and capable of managing accounting operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle GST-related work, including preparation, computation, reconciliation, and timely filing (minimum 3 years of relevant experience).
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and compliance.
• Perform vendor account reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, bank entries, JV postings, and ledger scrutiny.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure timely submission of financial documents.
• Assist in managing accounts payable/receivable and cash flow monitoring.
  
• Prepare and analyze financial reports as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall accounting experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on GST work.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST rules, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting, etc.).
• Experience in accounting software (ERP/Tally or similar).
