• About the Role
• We are looking for a highly proactive, smart, and result-oriented Digital Marketer cum Social
• Media Expert to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of
• managing social media platforms, running paid advertising campaigns, implementing marketing
• automations, and taking ownership of marketing activities with minimal supervision.
• Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management
• ● Manage and grow all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
• TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• ● Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms.
• ● Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness,
• engagement, and lead generation.
• ● Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Paid Advertising (Mandatory)
• ● Plan, launch, optimise, and monitor Google Ads campaigns.
• ● Manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• ● Conduct audience research, campaign testing, and performance optimization.
• ● Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Marketing Automation
• ● Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows.
• ● Automate lead capture, nurturing, follow-ups, and reporting processes.
• ● Explore AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and productivity.
• ● Integrate marketing tools and platforms where applicable.
• Analytics & Reporting
• ● Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
• ● Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• ● Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• ● 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• ● Mandatory hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• ● Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies.
• ● Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
• ● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and AI-powered marketing solutions.
• ● Knowledge of SEO and website management is an added advantage.
• ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ● Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
