Job Description
- As a Docusign CLM Developer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding Contract Life Cycle Management with experience on at least one CLM tool, preferably DocuSign or Conga CLM.
- Configuring and utilizing APIs to integrate CLM with other cloud/on-prem systems.
- Having experience with key CLM features such as Document/Notice Generation and Digital/Electronic Signature processes.
- Building workflows in DocuSign and implementing Conga CLM within Salesforce.
- Developing integration interfaces and logic including Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Handling CLM to Salesforce Integration, AppExchange setup for DocuSign CLM, Salesforce objects & folder mapping in DocuSign CLM, Salesforce fields mapping to DocuSign, and synchronizing Salesforce objects with CLM agreement documents.
- Ensuring adherence to industry standard best processes for development on code/configuration items.
- Demonstrating good oral and written communication skills.
- Holding certifications such as Certified DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant, Salesforce developer certifications like Platform App Builder and Salesforce Administrator, and DocuSign e-signature Implementation consultant.
