Scope of Role
The Systems Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Plays a role in technical projects and contributing to the overall success of the development team.
The position is accountable for management of the full process: implementation, testing, and deployment of our MES system and offers third-level support for the system alongside the team.
Responsibilities For Employment
Software Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions across the entire technology stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices in software development.
• Implement, test, and deploy applications while ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with development teams in Sweden and India to deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  

System Architecture & Performance Optimization

• Design and implement scalable and efficient systems that align with business needs.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and reliability under various conditions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, including technology selection and system design improvements.
  

Technical Support & Maintenance

• Provide third-level support to the production team in Sweden, addressing critical issues and ensuring system stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and other technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection policies, and regulatory requirements.
  

Innovation & Continuous Learning

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to company-wide policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant experience.
  

Years And Type Of Experience

• 5+ years of experience delivering IT solutions in an agile environment, preferably in a production setting.
• Proficient in the full Microsoft development suite: C#, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Angular, Blazor, JavaScript, ASPX-forms, NServiceBus and Microservices.
