Role summary:

Job Title: Associate Manager - Account Management

Location: Richmond Road, Bengaluru

Total experience: 3+ years of agency experience in digital account management, client servicing, or digital marketing.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Account Management to join dentsus client servicing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong digital background with exposure to integrated marketing campaigns and a working understanding of mainline advertising. This role requires managing day-to-day client relationships, driving campaign execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, and Production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop project timelines, manage campaign workflows, and ensure quality execution.
• Support campaign planning, client presentations, review meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
• Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and business objectives.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and proactively resolve client queries.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or digital agency.
• Strong experience handling digital marketing campaigns, with exposure to social media, content, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Basic understanding of mainline advertising.
• Excellent client management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Prior experience handling finance, banking, NBFC, or financial services clients will be an added advantage.
