Job Summary :-

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Marketplace Performance Marketing Executive to drive growth across our marketplace channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to maximize visibility, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar marketplaces, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization, data analysis, and marketplace growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across online marketplaces.
• Manage Sponsored Ads, PPC campaigns, promotional activities, and marketplace-specific marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and sales growth.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize return on investment.
• Analyze sales and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketplace, content, design, and category teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently while achieving business objectives.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance presentations.
• Stay updated with marketplace algorithms, advertising tools, emerging trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements :-

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, Blinkit Ads, and other marketplace advertising platforms.
• Excellent understanding of marketplace performance marketing strategies and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs, attribution models, and campaign measurement.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications :-

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Marketplace Performance Marketing, E-commerce Marketing, or Digital Performance Marketing.
• Prior experience managing marketplace advertising budgets and scaling campaigns is highly preferred.
