Job Description
Were hiring a Center Sales Manager for our Mount Road store in Chennai at Design Cafe.
This role reports directly to Business Head .
Mount Road is one of our flagship Experience Centres, and were building toward serious numbers this year. Im looking for someone who can own the sales engine end to end - business planning, target setting, team performance, and channel partner coordination.
What the role actually involves:
- Running EC sales against a clear plan covering revenue and cost
- Setting and tracking targets with the sales team
- Coaching, training, and building a high-performing team
- Working closely with channel partners on lead generation
What Im looking for:
- 7-10 years in sales strategy and execution
- A track record of leading and growing a sales team
- Strong customer relationship instincts
- MBA or graduate in business or a related field
