Head - Brand & Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Head Brand & Marketing to lead brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement for a textile business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the textile, apparel, fashion, or related consumer industry, with a proven track record of building brands and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive brand positioning, identity, communication, and long-term brand growth.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and offline channels.
• Lead retail marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive store footfall, customer engagement, and sales.
• Manage digital and social media strategy, including content, campaigns, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Plan and execute events, brand activations, launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Develop and manage influencer, celebrity, and other strategic brand partnerships.
• Oversee PR, media relations, corporate communication, and brand messaging.
• Manage creative, media, PR, digital, and other external agencies to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Track marketing performance through relevant KPIs, including ROI, ROAS, digital traffic, conversions, customer engagement, and store footfall.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, innovative campaigns, and emerging channels to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spends based on campaign performance and business impact.
• Lead the marketing team and work closely with sales, retail, merchandising, and business leadership.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated marketing.
• Mandatory experience in the textile industry; apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or related consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong experience in brand development, marketing strategy, retail marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
• Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of marketing ROI/ROAS, digital traffic, conversions, and store-footfall metrics.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, events, influencers, and brand partnerships.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to introduce innovative marketing initiatives and build differentiated brand propositions.
