Job Description
- As an Intern in the Apprentice Role for Non-Technology hiring 2hidden_mobile at our Pune location, you will be an integral part of our Private Banking team. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting critical processes within our operations by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Collaboration with onshore colleagues and clients is crucial, with proficiency in German being essential for effective communication. Adherence to TAT/cut-off times, maintaining quality processing as per SLAs, and timely response to queries/escalations are key aspects of this role.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the account freeze/unfreeze process for private banking clients, coordinating with onshore colleagues and relationship managers for accurate execution.
- Conducting performance research to identify debtors and creditors and processing transactions accordingly.
- Verifying client signatures for banking documents and transactions, ensuring proper documentation and system updates in compliance with bank policies.
- Acting as a primary contact point for onshore colleagues and clients in Germany, communicating effectively in German for smooth task coordination and issue resolution.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, ensuring smooth operations across all processes.
- Proactively identifying and escalating potential risks or fraudulent activities related to account transactions.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

- Handling adhoc projects/tasks/activities assigned by the supervisor and completing all key deliverables in a timely manner without escalations.
To excel in this role, you must possess a German Language certification ranging between B1 to C2, preferably from Goethe/Max Mueller Bhavan. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to independently interact with various stakeholders are essential. Willingness to work in multiple/rotational shifts is also required.
