- As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We are conducting a recruitment drive in Guwahati, Assam, and selected candidates will need to relocate to Ahmedabad and work on-site.
Your responsibilities will include providing customer service through chat, ensuring excellent communication in English, and catering to customer queries effectively. The role involves working in rotational shifts, including weekends and nights.
To be considered for this position, you must possess excellent English communication skills. The minimum qualification required is 10+2/Diploma/Graduate. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. You should be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad for this opportunity.
In return, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 26,000 to 36,000 (CTC monthly), based on your interview performance and experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as travel reimbursement, free accommodation for the initial 5 days, PF, insurance, and shift allowance.
