Job Description
- As a Client Support Specialist, your role will involve responding to customer questions through chat and email, solving issues with empathy and accuracy, and ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.

- Resolve issues with empathy and precision.
Qualifications Required:
- Completed High School or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply, with experience in customer service being a bonus.
- Proficiency in written English.

- Open to working in rotational shifts, including weekends and nights.
The company offers a competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 36,000 CTC per month, along with benefits such as Provident Fund, insurance, and shift allowances. Additionally, a one-way cab facility is provided for night shifts.
Please note that fluency in English, comfort with rotational shift work, and being located in Makarba, Ahmedabad are some of the requirements for this position.
