Job Description
- As an International Non Voice agent, you will be part of a recruitment drive in Nagpur but are required to relocate to Ahmedabad. The job location is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and you will be expected to work on-site. The interview date in Nagpur is scheduled for Wednesday, 17th September, 2025, with walk-in time from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm. More details regarding the address will be shared once your profile is shortlisted. This position requires you to work from the office in Ahmedabad.
Role Overview:
- As a Chat Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to support customers through various written communication channels such as chat, email, text, and social media. You will handle customer queries, provide product information, and ensure exceptional customer experiences through professional and friendly interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and other non-verbal platforms.
- Understand and resolve customer issues with accuracy and empathy.
- Deliver high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- The salary range (CTC Monthly) for this position is between 26,000 to 36,000.
- You must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad and work in rotational shifts.
- Travel reimbursement will be provided with the first salary.
- The company will arrange initial 5 days of accommodation free of cost.
- You should be ready to join in the last week of August.
