Job Description
Roles & Responsibility
- Participate in all aspects of implementation, from analyzing the customers business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements aligned with business objectives, while gaining a full understanding of current business processes.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate customer business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- Demonstrate experience in using the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, Sure Step, with a clear understanding of key activities and deliverables for client engagements and internal projects.
- Document business requirements, clearly outlining the actions a solution must take and the expected outcomes.
- Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics application to fulfil customer business requirements.
- Facilitate customer decision-making processes and develop functional design documents that guide the development process, including any required modifications or customizations to processes or the Microsoft Dynamics application.
- Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources to effectively use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
- Apply industry experience to understand challenges and risks associated with implementing vertical applications.
