Diagnomitra is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Candidates who are comfortable with calling and sales targets are preferred
