Job Description

  • Growth & Marketing
  • Digital Marketing & Performance Manager
  • Kochi Onsite Full-time

About The Role

The Digital Marketing & Performance Manager will own DICHITs paid digital acquisition, campaign analytics and conversion optimisation. The role is responsible for moving potential customers through the complete digital journey—from awareness and lead generation to KYC completion, programme joining and first payment. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and direct campaign execution. Success will be measured primarily through activated customers and acquisition efficiency, rather than impressions, clicks or leads alone.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and media allocation.
  • Develop acquisition campaigns for DICHIT and its B2B partners.
  • Run app-install, lead-generation, remarketing, and customer-activation campaigns.
  • Conduct structured experiments across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
  • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining acquisition quality and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and take corrective action when required.

Acquisition Funnel Management

  • Own the digital journey from advertisement to lead, registration, KYC, approval, programme joining, and first payment.
  • Identify where customers drop out of the onboarding funnel.
  • Work with product and technology teams to improve landing pages, application flows, and conversion rates.
  • Create remarketing journeys for incomplete registrations, pending KYC, and abandoned applications.
  • Coordinate WhatsApp, email, push-notification, and SMS journeys with the relevant teams.
  • Segment customers according to intent, programme preference, location, and onboarding stage.
  • Focus campaign optimisation on verified and activated subscribers.

Analytics and Attribution

  • Establish accurate campaign tracking across websites, landing pages, and mobile applications.
  • Configure and manage analytics, pixels, tags, conversion events, and campaign attribution.
  • Maintain dashboards covering spend, leads, KYC completion, approvals, activations, and first payments.
  • Track cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, customer acquisition cost, and activation cost.
  • Analyse channel, audience, campaign, and creative performance.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with insights, problems, and recommended actions.
  • Ensure campaign decisions are supported by reliable data.

Partner Campaigns

  • Create partner-specific digital acquisition plans for major B2B launches.
  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns with partner marketing and branch teams.
  • Adapt campaigns to individual programmes, customer segments, and geographical markets.
  • Track leads and activations separately for each partner and programme.
  • Share campaign-performance reports with internal and authorised partner stakeholders.
  • Ensure partner campaigns follow approved branding, communication, and operating guidelines.

Creative and Content Coordination

  • Develop clear creative briefs based on customer insights and performance data.
  • Work closely with the Creative Head and Social Media & Content Manager.
  • Recommend campaign messages, formats, and calls to action.
  • Test multiple creative variations and identify the factors driving conversion.
  • Ensure advertisements communicate financial products responsibly and accurately.
  • Avoid misleading claims, guaranteed-return language, or unapproved financial representations.

Budget and Agency Management

  • Prepare monthly media plans and budget recommendations.
  • Monitor daily and monthly spending against approved budgets.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and platform representatives when required.
  • Review agency performance and ensure DICHIT retains access to advertising accounts, data, and campaign assets.
  • Maintain proper records of campaign expenditure, invoices, and performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately three to six years of relevant digital or performance-marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, remarketing, and campaign optimisation.
  • Experience with analytics, attribution, dashboards, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable managing meaningful advertising budgets with accountability.
  • Strong numerical ability and confidence working with spreadsheets and performance reports.
  • Ability to translate campaign data into practical business decisions.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, consumer technology, marketplaces, or mobile applications will be valuable.
  • Understanding of the Kerala market and Malayalam communication will be an advantage.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

Candidates are not expected to know every platform listed, but they should demonstrate strong performance-marketing fundamentals and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Mobile-app analytics and event tracking
  • Conversion APIs and advertising pixels
  • CRM and marketing-automation platforms

  • Speed with accuracy
