• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
• Respond to customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
• Update customer information and documentation in CRM systems.
• Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and call quality scores.
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or complex resolutions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening ability and customerfirst mindset.
• Ability to work innight shiftsand adapt torotational weekoffs.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Should be comfortable handling voice calls for international customers.
