Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5+ years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in CSR (Customer Service), Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization
- Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction Index.
