Role Description The Client Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and digital channels, and presenting Digicial Medias services in a clear and compelling manner. The individual will manage the end-to-end client acquisition cycle, including lead follow-up, proposal development, negotiation, and closure of new business. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align client solutions, and providing regular reports on acquisition performance. The role also requires nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation skills to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to manage pipelines, negotiate, and close deals in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track campaign and sales performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Knowledge of digital marketing services and agency workflows is highly beneficial.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in business development, client servicing, or sales in marketing or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
