Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and in-depth legal research on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) laws, case laws, and international dispute resolution practices.
- Prepare detailed legal memoranda, briefs, and reports to support case strategies and client advice.
- Assist senior lawyers in case preparation, strategy formulation, and drafting legal documents.
- Monitor recent legal developments, judgments, and regulatory changes and provide concise summaries.
- Utilize legal research databases and tools effectively (SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, Law graduate or post-graduate degree (LL.B / LL.M) from a recognized university.
- Strong research and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
