Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to learn about and contribute to our sales and market growth strategies. As a Business Development Intern, you will work under guidance to assist in identifying and targeting potential clients, preparing for outreach efforts, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filter company lists to target ideal customer profiles.
  • Identify and segment prospects based on key research.
  • Assist with outbound campaign preparations.
  • Support the Business Development Research team.
  • Run searches for appropriate contact persons in targeted accounts.
  • Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and shadow sales calls and demos.
  • Assist in managing company social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute the digital marketing campaigns.
  • Track performance of outreach and marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Participate in the bidding process on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar freelance marketplaces.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Diligence and enthusiasm for quality results.
  • Affinity for spreadsheets and analytical tasks.
  • Methodical and analytical thinking.
  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, or Canva is a plus.
