Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to lead branch operations, drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive branch business growth through customer acquisition, revenue generation, and portfolio expansion.
• Manage and develop strong relationships with HNI, affluent, and wealth management clients.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the branch team to achieve business targets.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across banking and wealth management products.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a superior banking experience.
• Monitor branch performance, productivity, and key business metrics.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, RBI regulations, and internal controls.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• 10 - 12 years of experience in banking, preferably in branch banking and wealth management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong business development and target achievement orientation.
