Head - Private Banking - Banking/Financial Services

Role Overview:

To lead and drive the Private Banking business for the assigned market by acquiring and managing High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), deepening existing client relationships, and achieving business growth through wealth management and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Private Banking business for the assigned market, ensuring achievement of revenue, AUM, client acquisition, and profitability targets.
• Acquire and develop relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, affluent families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and other high-value customers.
• Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM), investment products, third-party products, and overall wallet share.
• Manage and develop a team of Private Bankers, Relationship Managers, and wealth management professionals.
• Ensure effective client engagement, portfolio reviews, cross-selling, and up-selling of wealth management solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored investment solutions aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across retail banking, wealth management, investment advisory, lending, and other business verticals to generate business opportunities.
• Develop market-specific business strategies to strengthen the bank's presence and increase market share.
• Monitor team performance, business pipelines, revenue generation, client acquisition, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards.
