Experience: 3 - 7 Years
We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to join Banking Corporate HR team. Candidates must have handled at least 3 Compensation & Benefits benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards strategy.
- Manage salary benchmarking, remuneration analysis, and rewards programs.
- Handle RBI and other regulatory/statutory remuneration-related matters.
- Prepare HR analytics, MIS reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams on rewards initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 7 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or Total Rewards.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of compensation structures, market benchmarking, HR systems, and regulatory compliance.
