Job Description
Role & responsibilities-
- Advanced troubleshooting of Adobe Creative Cloud applications and subscription-related issues.
- Knowledge of software installation, activation, licensing, and deployment processes.
- Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., remote access and screen-sharing tools).
- Understanding of cloud-based services and SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of system performance optimization and resource management.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations related to Adobe products.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
- Experience in handling account management issues, billing queries, and subscription renewals.
- Knowledge of file formats (JPEG, PNG, RAW, PSD, TIFF, etc.) and digital imaging workflows.
- Basic understanding of color management, resolution, and print/web optimization.
Preferred candidate profile-Looking for candidates with technical troubleshooting experience with prior experience in upselling.
