SAP Project Coordinator

URGENT HIRING – SAP Project Coordinator | 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start

We're hiring an experienced SAP Project Coordinator to join a leading international technology organisation, supporting an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployment across Africa.

This is an urgent, short-term contract opportunity, and we're looking for someone who can join immediately and hit the ground running.

This isn't a purely administrative Project Coordinator role. We're looking for someone with hands-on SAP implementation experience who can independently drive deployment activities, coordinate stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate and drive UAT activities, including test execution, defect tracking, retesting and closure
• Manage data migration activities, including preparation, validation and business sign-off
• Coordinate cutover planning, dependencies and go-live readiness
• Drive end-user training, change management and business readiness activities
• Manage testing and defect activities using SAP Cloud ALM
• Work closely with business users, functional teams and implementation partners
• Track project risks, blockers and deliverables, ensuring timely resolution
• Support go-live, hypercare and transition to support

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience coordinating or managing SAP implementation projects
• At least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation – mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience across UAT, data migration, cutover, training and change management
• Working knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM, particularly testing and defect management
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Ability to independently drive activities within a fast-paced implementation environment
• Comfortable working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups
• Willingness to travel to Africa as required
• Immediate availability strongly preferred
