Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced and driven professionals to lead business growth and field teams at a state or regional level.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives and account managers.
- Drive team productivity and ensure adherence to KPIs.
- Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews.
Business Development & Sales:
- Own regional sales targets.
- Implement strategies to grow the companys client base.
- Build strong SME relationships.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives.
Operations & Market Insights:

- Oversee day-to-day field operations.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Present data-driven insights and report performance to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience (B2B/Ed-Tech/SaaS/startups preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales teams.
- Strong leadership and execution skills.
