Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive technology strategy, product roadmap, and digital transformation.
• Lead education and publishing platforms, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), assessment tools, mobile applications, and digital content systems.
• Collaborate with academic, editorial, and business teams to deliver curriculum-aligned digital solutions.
• Build and mentor technology and product teams, implementing modern technologies such as cloud computing, analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and automation.
• Leverage emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop new products and enhance value in existing offerings.

Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
• 10+ years experience, including 5+ years in Education / EdTech / Publishing.
• Expertise in product development, system architecture, cloud platforms, and digital learning ecosystems.
• Experience scaling consumer-facing or education platforms.
• Strategic leader with strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
