Location: 4th Floor, Tower B, Godrej Eternia, Divisa Herbals Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 70, Industrial Area Phase I, Chandigarh – 160002

Salary: 30,000 to 1 Lakh per month + accommodation (if required)

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 11am to 7:30pm

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Executive Associate – Finance to work closely with the Head of Finance, combining executive-level coordination with hands-on exposure to finance operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, meetings, and communication for the Head of Finance
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting briefs
• Assist in MIS preparation, financial reporting, and dashboards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
• Track expenses, verify invoices, and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data
• Ensure confidentiality and smooth execution of finance operations

• Graduate/Postgraduate in B. Com, M. Com, MBA, BBA, or BA (Economics/Business Studies) with basic knowledge of finance/business will be preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Quick learner with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Flexible with working hours and occasional travel.
• Presentable, professional, and adaptable personality.
• Flexible with timings
