Job Description
- This is a full-time role for a General Manager (GM) - Landscape Architect based in Gurgaon. As the GM - Landscape Architect, your primary responsibility will be to supervise the planning, designing, and execution of landscape projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to guarantee a seamless project delivery. Your tasks will include creating detailed drawings and specifications, selecting suitable materials and plants, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. Site supervision, budget control, and upholding high-quality standards and sustainability practices are also integral parts of this role.
To excel in this position, you should possess a strong background in Landscape Architecture, encompassing expertise in planning, designing, and project management. Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design applications is essential. Additionally, a sound knowledge of horticulture and sustainable landscaping practices is required. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities are crucial for effective coordination with various stakeholders. You must be adept at managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. Prior experience in overseeing large-scale real estate development projects would be advantageous for this role.,
