Who can Apply : Minimum 15 Years experience preferably in the FMCG Industry (Sales & Marketing role). 10 years in a Managerial / Leadership position handling large volumes & team .
Job Profile:
- Manager a large volume business approx 5K CRs.
- Collaboration and coordination with multiple functions i.e. Category, SCM etc
- Will be responsible for top line and bottom line performance.
- Adherence to processes and systems
- Effective implementation of business strategy.
- Recruitment, training & coaching to optimize team performance.
- Relationship management with Internal and External Customers/Stakeholders for smooth functioning of operations.
