Fire Specialist

We are looking for Regional Manager - Fire & Safety for Mumbai location, candidates with minimum 15 years of proven experience in Fire & Safety Management, preferably in retail, mall, or large-scale commercial establishments.

The Regional Manager – Fire & Safety will lead a team of 3–5, overseeing all fire and safety aspects across D Mart facilities covering approximately 10–12 lakh sq. ft. across 150+ locations in Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh.

The role focuses on ensuring the safety of customers, employees, and property through proactive audits, training, compliance monitoring, and emergency preparedness.

Skills & Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of Firefighting Equipment and Systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Detection & Alarm Systems).
• Sound understanding of statutory fire safety requirements and compliance norms.
• Strong leadership, training, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel across regions.
