Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Head of Department, you will:

Oversee all compliance, advisory, and consulting activities of the Mysore office.

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all client deliverables and statutory filings.

Develop and implement modern and efficient practices to enhance service delivery.

Provide expert advice and strategic insights to our diverse clientele on complex accounting, taxation, and regulatory matters.

Play a key role in business development and client relationship management.

Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of dnA Consulting.

Who We Are Looking For :

A qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in a mid-size CA firm and have a strong understanding of its operational dynamics.

Proven experience in handling compliance, advisory, and consulting assignments.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client management abilities.

A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.

This is a partnership role, and we are looking for a dedicated professional willing to commit to a minimum service period of 2-3 years to grow with the firm.
