Opportunity with a leading automotive electronics company for Talent Acquisition Manager role for Pune location
Keyskills :
- Strong experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Proven expertise in campus hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment analytics.
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools; strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- A proactive, execution-focused mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
We are hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment initiatives across multiple business verticals, including Engineering (R&D, Software, Hardware, Systems Engineering), Operations (Production, Quality, SCM), and Support Functions (HR, Finance, IT, QMS).
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing effective hiring strategies, managing campus recruitment programs across premier institutes such as IITs, NITs, BITS, and IIMs, and driving end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives to attract, assess, and onboard top talent. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements, ensure role alignment, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions.

- Drive campus hiring strategy and execution across premier institutes; act as the primary point of contact for placement teams and students.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and implement effective recruitment plans.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, and professional networks to attract high-quality talent.
- Enhance candidate experience through structured communication and timely feedback.
- Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics and market insights to leadership teams.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and integration.
