Senior HR Business Partner - Emerging Markets - Manufacturing Firm

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading multinational organization and partner with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Sales and Commercial functions.

Regional Exposure:

India - Middle East and Africa - Southeast Asia

Keyskills:

• 15 - 20 years of HR experience
• Strong, established HRBP / Strategic HRBP experience
• Experience partnering with senior business and functional leaders
• International / regional HR stakeholder exposure
• Strong experience in Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, OD and L&D
• Employee Relations experience
• Manufacturing / Chemical / Industrial B2B background preferred
• Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws / Plant HR exposure preferred
• Strong strategic orientation with limited operational HR responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Partner with executives and business leaders to address business and people challenges.
• Coach leaders and employees to build a high-performance culture, leadership, ownership and accountability.
• Manage performance management, talent management and succession planning.
• Support staffing, recruitment, onboarding and employee exits/terminations.
• Drive workforce planning, manpower planning and organization capability initiatives.
• Advise leaders on compensation, total rewards, employee/labour relations and employment laws.
• Support organizational strategy, organization design and talent retention.
• Implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and practices.
• Support global HR initiatives and provide local HR execution for international requirements.
• Handle hands-on HR operations and employee-related matters independently.
• Partner with business leaders on employee engagement, capability building and leadership development.
• Drive HR decisions and initiatives using available HR data, analytics and organizational resources.
