Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our Emerging Markets region. This role will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Commercial, and Manufacturing functions, driving strategic HR initiatives while managing the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Regional Leaders, Country Heads, and Functional Heads to resolve business challenges and embed a high-performance culture.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on compensation, rewards, employee relations, and organizational strategies.
• Drive leadership development, learning programs, and OD interventions.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to align regional practices with global standards.
• Balance strategic HR partnering (80%) with hands-on operational execution (20%).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
• 15 - 20 years of HR experience, with strong HRBP exposure in industrial manufacturing, chemical, or process industries.
• Proven experience managing international stakeholders across MEA and SEA regions.
• Expertise in talent management, OD, L&D, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix, multicultural environment.
