Junior Administration Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee factory administration operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with safety protocols.
  
• Coordinate transportation logistics for the facility's canteen services.
  
  
• Ensure effective implementation of security policies and procedures across all areas of the facility.
  
• Develop and maintain MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to waste management and security measures.
  
• Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including material movement, event management, and soft services.

• Ensuring timely renewal Vendor selection & management, responsible for processing and payment of vendor and service related bills.

• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
