Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Post job openings on various job boards and professional platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations.
- Maintain candidate databases and documentation.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
