About the Role

WearelookingforadynamicandmotivatedBusinessDevelopmentManagertojoinourgrowing team at DoubleTick. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in our sales process byprospectingpotentialclients,initiatingconversations,andsettingupmeetingsforthesalesteam.Thisisan entry-level position that offers the opportunity for growth within the company.

Key responsibilities

  1. Prospecting:Identify,research,andqualifypotentialleadsthroughvariouschannelssuchas LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other sales prospecting tools.
  2. LeadGeneration:Generateandmaintainahealthypipelineofprospectsbyinitiatingconversations and identifying potential customers needs.
  3. ColdCalling:MakeoutboundcallstopotentialclientsandintroducethemtoQuickSell'sproductsand services.
  4. EmailOutreach:Writeandsendcompellingoutreach emailstoengageprospects.
  5. Qualification:Workcloselywiththesalesteamtoensurethatallleadsareaccuratelyqualifiedand passed to the appropriate account executive.
  6. SchedulingMeetings:Setupandscheduleproductdemosandmeetingsbetweenpotential customers and the sales team.
  7. CRMManagement:Maintainaccurateandup-to-daterecordsofallinteractionswithleadsinthe CRM.
  8. Collaboration:Workcloselywiththemarketingteamtoensurealignmentbetweeninboundand outbound sales activities.
  9. ContinuousLearning:StayupdatedonQuickSell'sproductofferingsandcompetitivelandscapeto better understand customer needs.

Requirements

  1. EducationalBackground:Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
  2. Communication:Excellentverbalandwritten communicationskills.
  3. ColdCallingSkills:Abilitytoengagewithprospectsoverthephoneandhandleobjections.
  4. Self-Motivation:Highlydrivenandself-motivatedwithapassionforsales.

  1. Tech-Savvy:Familiaritywithsalesprospectingtools(e.g.,LinkedInSales Navigator, CRMsystems).
  2. TeamPlayer:Abilitytoworkcollaborativelywiththesalesandmarketingteams.
  3. TimeManagement:Strongorganizationaland timemanagementskills.
