About the Role
WearelookingforadynamicandmotivatedBusinessDevelopmentManagertojoinourgrowing team at DoubleTick. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in our sales process byprospectingpotentialclients,initiatingconversations,andsettingupmeetingsforthesalesteam.Thisisan entry-level position that offers the opportunity for growth within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting:Identify,research,andqualifypotentialleadsthroughvariouschannelssuchas LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other sales prospecting tools.
- LeadGeneration:Generateandmaintainahealthypipelineofprospectsbyinitiatingconversations and identifying potential customers needs.
- ColdCalling:MakeoutboundcallstopotentialclientsandintroducethemtoQuickSell'sproductsand services.
- EmailOutreach:Writeandsendcompellingoutreach emailstoengageprospects.
- Qualification:Workcloselywiththesalesteamtoensurethatallleadsareaccuratelyqualifiedand passed to the appropriate account executive.
- SchedulingMeetings:Setupandscheduleproductdemosandmeetingsbetweenpotential customers and the sales team.
- CRMManagement:Maintainaccurateandup-to-daterecordsofallinteractionswithleadsinthe CRM.
- Collaboration:Workcloselywiththemarketingteamtoensurealignmentbetweeninboundand outbound sales activities.
- ContinuousLearning:StayupdatedonQuickSell'sproductofferingsandcompetitivelandscapeto better understand customer needs.

Requirements
- EducationalBackground:Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
- Communication:Excellentverbalandwritten communicationskills.
- ColdCallingSkills:Abilitytoengagewithprospectsoverthephoneandhandleobjections.
- Self-Motivation:Highlydrivenandself-motivatedwithapassionforsales.
- Tech-Savvy:Familiaritywithsalesprospectingtools(e.g.,LinkedInSales Navigator, CRMsystems).
