Ensure New supplier evaluation as per pre-defined Criteria prior to Onboarding process.
Monitor supplier performance- PPM, Intime Response, etc.
Interact with critical Supplier against performance on monthly basis to ensure consistency in Quality
Conducting monthly supplier process audits as per plan and concern-based audits as and when required.

Ontime GRN clearance after ensuring proper reports & meets the Quality parameter against sampling Inspection plan at Incoming.

Ensure on time resolution of line complaints and raise the NC report to get the proper CAPA from vendor in SCAR/8D format to have non repeatability of issue

Ensure proper maintenance & timely calibration of instruments required for incoming, in process inspection, functional testing, and other instruments at plant level
Ensure proper validation for new components through PPAP in coordination with cross functional team.
Ensure sufficient training to concern inspector to have efficient & effective utilisation.
Publish on-time MIS report & ensure necessary action to remain outcome inline to the KPI.
Daily SQDIP data collection & primary gap analysis, if any.
Lead to ensure smooth activities of Quarantine area in a timely manner.
Hands on experience with ERP like Oracle, SAP, etc.

Should possess knowledge and experience in Casting, Machining, Forging, Fasteners, Stamping components.

Hands on experience with MS- Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Knowledge on 8D, 7QC Tools, SPC, MSA, PPAP.

Educational Qualification:--- Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:--- Diploma with 6~7 years or Degree with 4~5 years of experience.

Must Haves: -- Knowledge and experience in Casting, Machining, Forging, Fasteners, Stamping components.

Hands on experience with MS- Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Knowledge on 8D, 7QC Tools, SPC, MSA, PPAP.

Good to Have:-- Candidate preferable nearby location or he must be ready to relocate.
