Key Responsibilities:Functional Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Odoo Functional Configuration:
- Set up and customize Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Accounting).
- Ensure smooth workflows by configuring user roles, workflows, and business processes.
- User Training and Support:
- Train end-users on Odoo functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve functional issues.
- Customization:
- Customize existing modules or develop new modules using Python, XML, and QWeb.
- Modify views, templates, and reports.
- Integration:
- Develop APIs to integrate Odoo with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, e-commerce platforms).
- Database Management:
- Optimize database queries and perform migration tasks between Odoo versions.
- Debugging and Bug Fixing:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Odoo.

- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Knowledge of specific modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Accounting, eCommerce).
- Analytical skills for requirement mapping.
- Proficiency in Python (Odoos primary programming language).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb.
- Familiarity with Odoo development tools and frameworks.
