Job Description
- You will be responsible for conducting basic examinations and special tests such as trichoscan, dermascan, body mass analysis, etc. and recording the findings. It will be your role to perform a periodic review of the case to monitor the improvement in the patient's condition and effectively communicate the progress to the patient using evidence recorded as photographs, reports, or special tests. In cases of aggravated or difficult situations, you will need to escalate the cases to a Senior Consultant or the Medical Expert Committee in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will be required to create a calendar of follow-up appointments in the CMS, provide the schedule to the patient, introduce the patient to the follow-up doctor, and guide them during renewal regarding their terms while making relevant updates for the next term. You will also play a role in expanding the patient base by seeking references from well-treated cases and handling courier requests, telephone, email, and online consultations for patients who are unable to visit the clinic.

Your responsibilities will also include effectively managing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure the provision of quality services and drive business growth. The ideal candidate for this position should possess humility, politeness, and empathy towards both staff and patients. You should be approachable, friendly, and have excellent communication skills in both local language and English. Additionally, having good clinical and therapeutic knowledge, computer skills, multitasking abilities, and people management skills will be essential for this role.,
