Finance @ FanCode
Finance team maintains stringent internal controls across accounting, finance and compliance. The team works on transfer pricing, FEMA & RBI compliances and US GAAP amongst other regular activities. Your role:
- Preparing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of the business
- Deep dive into unit economics
- Prepare financial forecasts based on past, current, and forecasted trends and financial conditions.
- Measure accuracy of forecast by comparing against actuals & AOP and identify reasons for variance.
- Build dashboards for regular reviews for management
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for C-leaders and align them with their current financial performance.
- Lead development of management reporting products through enterprise applications and implement improvements such as automation of reports.
- Providing support to business units for all their financial requests covering data analysis
Must Have:
- CA/MBA having 3-5 years experience
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- Advance knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, FP&A tools.
Good to Have:
- Previous experience in working in ECommerce/FMCG/Retail business
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced start-up
