Job Description
Finance @ Dream11:
Finance team maintains stringent internal controls across accounting, finance and compliance. The team works on IND AS, Tax Compliances and other Statutory compliances including FEMA and RBI etc. If you are a go-getter with an affinity to arrive at innovative solutions & an eye for detail, this is the place for you!
Your Role:
- Managing and supervising the accounts payable team to ensure that routine activities are completed accurately and within timelines
- Ensuring that systems, policies and processes are compliant with current and changing regulations as well as company policies
- Adopting and implementing best industry practice for processes like General Ledger Accounting, building Expense Review Report, Monthly & Annual closing of books, Ledger balancing & verification etc
- Liaising with different stakeholders for smooth operations in Accounts Payable function
- Leading audit of AP function & ensuring a clean report
- Reconciling inter-company and inter-business unit transactions
- Defining and maintaining TAT for AP Function
- Ensuring continuous improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy of policies, processes, budgets and department controls
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and government agencies
Must Have:
- Prior experience of at least 6 years in accounts payable (P2P process) and 2 years of managing a team
- Hands-on experience of SAP ERP
- Expert knowledge of Internal Financial Control (IFC) Framework in context of accounts payable
Good to Have:
- Exposure in the Product/Startup environment
