Manager/Sr. Manager - Finance (Payment Reconciliations)

Responsibilities:-

• Automating entire user payments reconciliation process (Inflow and Outflow) and identifying opportunities to automate manual processes/activities
• Responsible for managing and driving entire payments reconciliation process along with accounting and reporting
• Collaborating with internal departments for smooth payment operations and driving timely closure/actionable of reconciliation open items (transaction level)
• Highlighting risk and deviations in reconciliation process to respective stakeholders in a timely manner
• Verifying PG/Bank expenses and processing invoices for payments
• Ensuring that there are no financial leakages in the reconciliation process
• Working closely with team members and helping them in achieving the business objectives

• Assisting and managing various audit and other assignments
• Coordinating and negotiating with PG’s/Banks/Financial Institutions as per the business needs
• Playing a vital role in ERP implementation process and working very closely with internal product teams for driving automation and reconciliation product enhancements

Qaulification:-

• MBA Finance / CA (Qualified/Semi qualified) with relevant experience
• Overall 5-10 years of experience with minimum 4-5 years into setting up of payment reconciliation processes(inflow and outflow) and its automation
• Clear understanding of reconciliation open items and further process to drive its closure
• Hands on experience in managing accounting with sound understanding of taxes (GST and TDS)
• Prior experience of working with product teams directly for driving automation

Good to Have:

• Experience in negotiating and maintaining healthy relationships with PG’s Banks and other financial institutions
• Experience of dealing with various auditors (Statutory, Internal, IFC, DD)
• Exposure in ERP implementation
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
