About the role:
Reporting directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, this role is responsible for leading global high-volume recruitment efforts, with a focus on building and managing strategic talent pipelines, optimizing hiring workflows, and ensuring exceptional candidate experiences. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving recruitment success through innovative sourcing techniques, data insights, and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers, supplier partners, and cross-functional teams to understand and meet workforce needs aligned with Dreamports business goals and culture.
- Build and maintain evergreen candidate pipelines for high-demand roles, particularly in sales, ensuring proactive sourcing and readiness to fill vacancies efficiently.
- Leverage data and key hiring metrics to improve the recruitment funnel by eliminating bottlenecks, increasing pass-through rates, and enhancing fill rates, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire metrics.
- Partner with business leaders to create strategic sourcing plans, forecast workforce needs, and ensure proper role classification and compliance with international labor regulations.
- Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, HR, Operations, Legal, and Finance to align recruitment efforts with broader business objectives.
- Identify and implement creative, cutting-edge strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive global market.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience at every stage of the hiring process, from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Provide hiring managers with insights and reports on hiring trends and performance to enhance decision-making and recruitment outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience:

- 3+ years of managing large-scale, international recruitment efforts with expertise in sourcing and pipeline management.
- Strong ability to use data and analytics to drive hiring efficiency and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Experience mentoring or leading recruitment teams in dynamic, fast-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of innovative sourcing strategies, employer branding, and market insights.
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment software, and Google Suite to effectively manage recruitment workflows.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders across departments.
- Understanding of labor laws, workforce classifications, and global recruitment regulations.
- Capability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
