Job Description
Design @Dream11
The Design team at Dream11 consists of Product Designers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, Graphics Designers, Illustrators and Motion Designers. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and usable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. We would love to hear from you if you are looking to work on complex, challenging and exciting design problems.
Your Role:
- Drive strong product impact, ensuring design excellence and delivering strategic outcomes for Dream11
- Demonstrate excellent product sense and drive design execution
- Lead end-to-end product design for multiple projects and product areas
- Partner closely with peers in data, product, content and tech to deliver top-notch experiences for users
- Proactively seek and recruit top talent to continually elevate the design teams standards
- Responsible for career development and growth opportunities for designers on the team
- Foster communication, efficiency and invest in building a culture of excellence within your product verticals
Qualifiers:
- 5+ years of design experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Track record of delivering B2C products with high quality design output
