Job Description
Your Role:
- Define and execute Dream11s vision, strategy, and roadmap for ad monetization.
- Own the P&L for the ad revenue business - including quarterly and annual targets, forecasting, and delivery.
- Lead the ad monetization and GTM for Dream11 across ad formats and experiences - display, in-app, branded content, sponsorships, etc.
- Leverage relationships with CMOs, brand directors, and agency heads for long-term partnerships, deal closures, and bring in revenue wins
- Design short-term and long-term sales strategies and pricing models to maximize inventory yield and brand ROI.
- Identify high-potential advertiser categories and create tailored advertising solutions
- Build relationships with digital ecosystem players to gather feedback to help enhance ad formats, targeting, measurement, and other product experiences
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing national sales team with regional focus and agency expertise.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering to develop scalable ad solutions and reporting dashboards.
Qualifiers:
- 20+ years in digital media or ad monetization leadership, with deep exposure to agency networks and brand sales.
- Demonstrated success in launching or scaling ad businesses and achieving ?100 Cr+ annual revenue targets.
