We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager Education Project Partnerships with a proven background in the NGO education sector and strong networks across corporates, CSR partners, and educational institutions.

• Develop and roll out proposals for education-focused projects in collaboration with corporates, CSR donors, and educational institutions
• Leverage strong industry and institutional tie-ups to drive partnerships and funding opportunities
• Oversee complete project execution from planning to on-ground implementation
• Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and donor reporting standards
• Prepare and present monthly reports on fund utilization, progress, and impact
• Travel extensively for project implementation, monitoring, and donor meetings
• Maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community leaders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 35 years of experience in the education sector within a non-profit/NGO setup
• Strong network and experience working with educational institutions, corporates, and CSR teams
