Job Description
1. Quality Assurance & Compliance
•Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for solar EPC projects.
•Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and standards.
•Conduct inspections for civil, structural, and electrical solar works.
2. Site Quality Inspection
•Inspect materials, verify test certificates, and ensure approval before installation.
•Execute stage-wise inspections during installation and commissioning.
•Identify NCRs (Non-Conformity Reports) and coordinate corrective actions.
3. Documentation & Reporting
•Prepare quality checklists, inspection reports, NCR/CAR/PAR reports.
•Maintain QA/QC documentation for audits and client verification.
•Ensure accurate reporting of test results and site quality observations.

4. Vendor & Contractor Quality Monitoring
•Review vendor material quality and ensure conformity to specifications.
•Monitor contractor performance and adherence to quality requirements.
•Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
5. Testing & Validation
•Ensure timely execution of FAT/SAT, electrical tests, civil material tests, etc.
•Validate test reports and ensure compliance with IS/IEC/BIS standards.
